TinyEscape is a private independent Game Dev. based in Paris, France.

For the purpose of the Data Protection legislation and this policy, we are the “data controller” which means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you.

Where our Services are designed to provide a fun, family-friendly experience for users of all ages, we have categorised such Services as being “Family Friendly” and have taken precautions for younger users who might access those Services.

Specifically, for children under the minimum applicable age (“Children”), if we collect personal data, it will only be (a) with verified parental consent; or (b) as necessary to support our internal operations, in compliance with COPPA and the U.K.’s Children’s Code.
